Greetings by Surprise LLC offers customized yard greeting signs for ALL occasions including birthdays, graduations, gender reveals, baby showers, anniversaries and more! These signs are for rental purposes only and not for retail purchasing.
Our team will deliver, install and remove all displays so you don't have to lift a finger! We have several different colors and themes to choose from in order to help you create the PERFECT yard card. All signs are customized just the way you like it! Our inventory is very impressive and our goal is to make your yard card stand out and be the talk of the town!
About us
Greetings by Surprise LLC originated in August of 2020. We have a passion for making every celebration beyond AMAZING! Our team has an eye for neatness, creativity and perfection. We also offer a large variety of colors and decorations for you to choose from that will be added to your yard card. Our goal is to never disappoint as we continue to gain hundreds of customers each year.
Installs and removals
Yard card installs typically take place daily between 6:30AM - 10:30AM. Each install takes about 45 - 60 minutes as some lawns are easier than others. Removals take place anytime before 2:00PM the following day unless special arrangements are made between the customer and our staff.
Note: For safety purposes our company chooses not to install any signs when it's dark outside. We start our day when the sun rises. No evening or night installs will be scheduled.
Yard Card Pricing and Service Areas
Our company offers several different packages starting as low as $99 installed. All yard cards are priced by size, no matter how big or small we want to make you a promise...YOU WILL LOVE IT!
We are willing to travel up to 25 miles (one way) from Maple Heights, Ohio (zip code 44137) with no travel fee. Locations outside of our coverage area will require approval and an additional $30 travel fee will apply (up to 30 miles max one way) and be added to your invoice as long as it's in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. We will service parts of Lake County as well if its within our travel distance.

CLASSIC PACKAGE

The Classic Package offers the perfect size yard card for smaller lawns or if you just want something sweet and simple!
Description: The "Happy Birthday" greeting is in smaller letters (one large piece) and the celebrant's name is in large 23" individual letters. You may choose up to 2 colors for this sign and up to 4 decorative pieces. Balloon bundles and gift boxes are included in the sign at no additional charge!

DELUXE PACKAGE

The Deluxe Package offers signs that are almost double the size of those included in the classic package and it's a great choice for those with medium size yards.
Description: This sign includes a greeting of your choice in large 23" letters along with the celebrant's name in the same letter size. You may choose up to 2 colors for this sign and up to 6 decorative pieces. Balloon bundles and gifts boxes are included at no additional charge!
PREMIUM PACKAGE

The Premium Package is a great choice for those with small to medium size yards.
Description: This is a three tier sign that stacks taller in height but it's not as wide in width. The greeting and celebrant's name is in large 23" inch letters. You may choose up to 2 colors for this sign and up to 6 decorative pieces or a full theme. Balloon bundles and gift boxes are included at no additional charge!
Note: These signs are only recommended on mild spring/summer days with close to no wind outside.
ULTIMATE PACKAGE

The Ultimate Package is the LARGEST and fullest yard card design that we offer. These signs are fantastic for those with medium to large size yards.
Description: The greeting and celebrant's name will be in large 23" letters. You can choose up to 3 colors with this sign and up to 8 decorative pieces or a full theme. Balloon bundles and gift boxes are included at no additional charge and we will add in EXTRA SURPRISES as well to make this sign the TALK OF THE TOWN!

These signs are so much fun! Instead of the standard "Happy Birthday or Happy Anniversary" greeting you can create your own message up to 5 words and SAY IT IN THE YARD for the whole neighborhood to see!
Description: Each individual letter used will be 23" in size. You may choose up to 2 colors and up to 6 decorative pieces to add to this display.

THE "FAMILY FIRST" YARD CARD

The "In Your Memory" yard card is an unforgettable way of celebrating the life of a loved one whom has passed. These yard cards are the perfect choice for "Heavenly Birthdays" or memorial announcements.

MOTHER'S AND FATHER'S DAY YARD CARD

We do offer a LIMITED amount of Mother's Day and Father's Day yard cards! It's highly recommend to order these in advance as reservations fill up very fast. These signs are in high demand every single year!
Description: Each yard card comes with a "Happy Mother's or Father's Day" greeting in one piece and the celebrant's name or small message (up to 10 letters) will be in larger 23" letters. You may select up to 2 colors and up to 4 individual decorations with this sign.

THE "WAY TO GO" PACKAGE

This graduation sign is the smallest of those offered in the grad packages but still says a LOT!
Description: The standard greeting will be "Congrats" in large 23" letters and you and may select up to 2 colors for this sign. It includes the graduates first name, all graduation decorations, year of graduation, gift boxes and balloon bundles. The decorations may also include a graduation cap, diploma, stars, graduate quotes and etc. Decorations vary per sign and all based on availability.

The "Sky is the Limit" Package is perfect for ANY size yard!
Description: The standard greeting will be "Congratulations" in medium 18" letters and the graduates name will be in large 23" letters. THE "CAPS OFF TO YOU" PACKAGE

CHECK YOUR EMAIL AFTER MAKING A RESERVATION!
Upon completion of your reservation form an invoice will be emailed over to you for payment the same day. Reservations are not guaranteed until your payment is made. If your payment is not received within 72 hours of completing a reservation form your installation appointment will be canceled.
