Greetings by Surprise LLC offers customized yard greeting signs for ALL occasions including prom, birthdays, graduations, gender reveals, baby showers, anniversaries and more! These signs are for rental purposes only and not for retail purchasing.
Our team will deliver, install and remove all displays so you don't have to lift a finger! We have several different colors and themes to choose from in order to help you create the PERFECT yard card. All signs are customized just the way you like it! Our inventory is very impressive and our goal is to make your yard card stand out and be the talk of the town!
Installs and removals
Yard card installs typically take place daily between 6:30AM - 10:30AM. Each install takes about 45 - 60 minutes as some lawns are easier than others. Removals take place anytime before 2:00PM the following day unless special arrangements are made between the customer and our staff.
How to make a reservation!
It's simple! All you need to do to get started is send an email to greetings4you@yahoo.com requesting a copy of our yard card rental agreement and details. We will then forward you all of the details that you will need in order to complete your reservation!
Yard card pricing and service areas
Our company offers 3 different packages starting as low as $99 installed. All yard cards are priced by size, no matter how big or small we want to make you a promise...YOU WILL LOVE IT!
We are willing to travel up to 15 miles from Maple Heights, Ohio (zip code 44137). Locations outside of our coverage area will require approval and an additional $30 travel and delivery fee (up to 25 miles max) will be added to your invoice as long as it's in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

We also offer a large variety of colors and decorations for you to choose from that will be added to your yard card. Our goal is to never disappoint as we continue to gain hundreds of customers each year.
